- Platform Protection: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with security or rate-limiting headers.
Client-Side WASM & Data Sovereignty
MUSE AI SEO TOOLS is built on client-side WebAssembly. You acknowledge that your files and data inputs are executed locally within your own browser runtime:
MUSE AI SEO TOOLS claims zero copyright, ownership, or licensing rights over files you process. You retain full, unencumbered ownership of all original and transformed data.
Acceptable Use & Anti-Scraping Policy
To maintain 99.9% uptime for the community, users agree NOT to:
- Deploy automated scraping bots, headless scrapers, or continuous loops that bypass rate limit headers.
- Inject malware, malicious payloads, or exploit memory buffer overflows against browser sandboxes.
- Interfere with or degrade the service availability for other platform users.
Subscription Plans, Billing & Quotas
Free tier utilities are offered at no cost. For users subscribing to our Pro Plans or Developer API tiers:
- Billing Cycles: Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically until canceled in your Account Dashboard.
- Fair Quotas: Quota limits apply per subscription billing cycle as published on our Pricing Plans page.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day hassle-free money-back guarantee on all first-time Pro upgrades.
Disclaimers & Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Inquiries
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
